A global public health campaign founded in response to the WHO's Covid-19 call. What started as a pandemic response became a sustained charitable creative programme - interactive playable ads, multi-format charity work, 87 million people reached across two strands, 50+ countries, 22 languages. Winner, Most Effective Messaging Campaign 2020.
In 2016, mobile ads were still fixed assets. The same creative, served to every user, on every device, regardless of context. We built the system that changed that. US Patent No. 10846735.
Most companies were asking whether to adopt generative AI while we were already building the platform. The harder question was never about the value of the technology.
Before VCL, Vungle had distribution, a platform, and raw creative energy, but no shared sense of what it meant to make something great. We built that, from first hire to global operation across three continents.
